Trophée Mille is a gastronomic contest for students of culinary arts open to all schools of the catering fields in the Czech Republic. To celebrate the art of cooking we have come with glass trophies encapsulating different kinds of spices that represent each category: saffron for the winner, alpine salt for the salty dish, natural brown sugar for dessert and a mix of spices for the winners of the mutual cooperation category.
